I’ve spent over 20 years in the aging and longevity space, focused on one question: how do we help people stay strong, capable, and independent as they age?
Over time, one pattern became impossible to ignore.
People don’t lose their independence all at once, they lose it gradually. Energy starts to drop, strength slowly declines, and focus becomes harder to maintain. And by the time it’s noticeable, it’s already harder to reverse.
